4. Remote Play & Global Matchmaking

The Service enables worldwide remote play. You acknowledge that:

• Gameplay depends on internet stability and device performance
• We are not responsible for connection issues, delays, or scoring input errors
• We may suspend global features for maintenance or security reasons

5. Gameplay Accuracy

Players are responsible for:

• Entering accurate scores
• Representing their identity, location, and capability truthfully

Any cheating, fraudulent score manipulation, or abusive behaviour may result in account suspension.

6. Leagues & Tournaments

Participation in leagues requires agreement to the rules displayed inside the app, including:

• Match completion deadlines
• Format of play
• Scoring rules, bust rules, and confirmation processes

We reserve the right to adjust league structures at any time.

7. Virtual Currency & Rewards

The Service may include virtual items such as Big Fish Tokens (BFT). These:

• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice

8. Payments & Refunds

Payments for competitions, subscriptions, or premium features are handled by third-party platforms (Apple, Google, Stripe).
Refunds must be requested directly from the payment provider unless otherwise stated.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Share offensive, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or manipulate the software

10. Public Venues & Pubs

Participating landlords and venues confirm that:

• They hold required licences
• They have valid Public Liability Insurance
• They are responsible for onsite safety

11. Safety & Responsibility

Big Fish Darts League is not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents in physical venues
• Player misconduct
• Damaged equipment

You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Data Usage

Data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, scoring systems, and software belong to Big Fish Darts League.
They may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
